At SoftCOM 2019 in Split I presented our winning entry to the SCAVENGE Data Challenge, which I developed with my friends Pau Batlle Franch and Antoni Eritja: machine learning, clustering and time-series analysis of the downlink control data of three 4G base stations, to find patterns in communication quality and user mobility. The work later became a paper at IEEE VTC2021-Spring.
